If President Biden or Vice President Harris had praised the (fictional) “late, great Hannibal Lecter”, ranted about Haitian immigrants eating peoples’ cats and dogs, described immigrants as criminals and “poisoning the blood” of Americans, quoted Hungary’s autocratic dictator as a personal a character reference, talked longer about the sizes of their crowds than about policies to improve the lives of Americans, or made the number of unsubstantiated false or exaggerated claims heard from the former president during last evening’s presidential debate, Congressional and other MAGA Republicans, as well as his FOX News apologists, would be screaming about their mental capacity and demanding they take a cognitive test and making the results public.
Where are these same members of the GOP when their nearly 80-year-old cult leader continues to demonstrate his increasing detachment from reality … which has also been openly noted by any number of former Trump White House insiders?
